Chaparral and its related entities have mailed all 2006 federal form 1099s by 01-31-2007. Your federal form 1099 will reflect any Oklahoma or New Mexico withholding.

If you have changed the title of the ownership of your interest in a property during the year, please forward appropriate legal documentation to the attention of our Division Order Dept.

Once you receive your 1099, if you have questions or problems regarding your 1099 form, please submit your problem here or call 405-478-8770, ext 1099 or ext 1098. Please be sure and leave your name, phone #, and your new account number(s) (numeric number) if you call.
